Rating out of 10: 9 ½ on a bad day, 10 on a good day.
Likes: the casting and acting choices, the soundtrack, the sets and costumes, the special effects, and its incredibly nuanced perspectives on morality and human life and its value, even if it’s male-centred.
Critiques: If you didn’t know better one could read this film as romanticizing Oppenheimer, and, I wish the ladies were permitted the same nuanced treatment as the men.
